Sri Balaji Logs Products Private Limited was incorporated on 07 November 1997, having its registered office at 67/22, Strand Road, Kolkata-700006. The Company’s Project is at Bighati District, Delhi Road, Hooghly.

The Corporate Debtor is engaged in carrying on all the foregoing activities in respect of all shapes, sizes and varieties of Timber & Wood products, goods, articles or things, finished or semi- finished, knock-down or semi knock-down condition for industrial as well as domestic purpose.

The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated under Section 7 against the Corporate Debtor on 17th July, 2019 by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its Order being C.P. (IB) No. 662/KB/2018.

On 17th July, 2019, Mr. Anup Kumar Singh having Registration Number- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00153/2017-2018/10322 was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional of Sri Balaji Logs Products Private Limited.

On the 1st CoC Meeting of Sri Balaji Logs Products Private Limited held on 16th August, 2019 the members of the Committee of Creditors appointed Mr. Anup Kumar Singh as the Resolution Professional.
